HOT-ROLLED STEEL FABRICATION
At Myanmar Yi Jin, we specialize in fabricating high-quality, hot-rolled steel members. We produce a wide range of products, including robust H beam columns, high-strength steel box columns, and versatile hollow structural sections (HSS).
CNC LINE
Our state-of-the-art CNC machines precisely cut, drill, and punch steel plates to exact specifications. A dedicated Quality Control team meticulously verifies every dimension, ensuring flawless accuracy and a perfect fit for all components.
ASSEMBLY LINE
Once prepared, components are expertly fitted and welded together to form structural members. Our QC team conducts rigorous inspections of every weld and joint, guaranteeing exceptional structural integrity and strength for the final product.
BLASTING LINE
Before coating, all steel surfaces undergo blast-cleaning to completely remove mill scale and impurities. This crucial preparation step is verified by our QC team to create a perfect surface profile, ensuring optimal adhesion and longevity of the protective coating.
PAINTING LINE
Finally, a durable protective coating is expertly applied to shield the steel from corrosion and increase its lifespan. A final, comprehensive QC inspection confirms the coating’s quality and consistency, guaranteeing the product’s finish meets our high standards before it is dispatched.
COLD-ROLLED STEEL FABRICATION
We manufacture cold-rolled steel using a precise, multi-step process that ensures consistent quality from start to finish. With four advanced production lines for roof and wall cladding, C/Z purlins, girts, sag rods, and decking sheets, we also provide customized cold-rolled members to meet unique project needs.
FACTORY TO SITE
