Our Steel Structure Fabrication Process: From Drawing to Finished Structure

At Myanmar Yi Jin, every steel structure begins with a clear and detailed fabrication drawing, which serves as the blueprint for precision. Once the drawing is finalized, we proceed through the following structured workflow:

Material Planning

We assess the material requirements based on the drawing—organizing hot roll and cold roll materials to feed into the next stages of production.

CNC Line

For hot-rolled materials, the CNC Line handles cutting, drilling, punching, and straightening with exact measurements. Our quality checks ensure cutting and drilling precision at this early stage.

Assembly Line

Components are then moved to the assembly line, where our team performs steel plate fitting, beam assembly, and welding using methods like CO₂ welding, SMAW, and submerged arc welding. Each process is monitored for beam assembly and welding quality.

Blasting

The assembled beams undergo surface blasting to remove impurities and prepare for coating. This step enhances long-term durability and is followed by a quality control check for blasting consistency.

Painting

Next, structures are coated in the painting section, where protective and aesthetic finishes are applied based on project requirements. Painting quality is inspected before moving to final storage.

Cold Roll Line (for roofing and accessories)

Meanwhile, cold roll materials go through a separate line to produce roofing, C/Z purlins, ducting sheets, and sag rods. These are finished, inspected, and stored as ready-to-install components.

Finished Goods & Dispatching

Once all items pass the required quality control (QC) process, they are labeled as finished goods. Our logistics team handles dispatching to the construction site, where the components are delivered with proper labeling and protection.

On-Site Installation

Our team or client-side contractors proceed with on-site installation, with an additional QC layer to ensure final assembly meets design and safety standards.
